We are a married couple; Joel is an architect and I am a designer and teacher. We have many interests, including art, travel, history, nature and good food. We like many different kinds of food and are always interested in trying new things. This will be our first visit to Japan, and we are really looking forward to learning more about Japanese culture and traditions!
